Privacy

PaidUp is run by 3 Degrees North Pty Ltd ("we"). This page covers the PaidUp setup questions, the spreadsheet upload and the email form on paidup.3dn.com.au.

What we collect

• Your answers to the setup questions, and the membership rules we write from them.
• Your member spreadsheet, if you upload one. It usually holds your members' names and contact details.
• Your name, organisation and email, if you give them at the end.
• How you used the page: pages viewed, steps reached and the ad or link you came from, through PostHog and Google Ads.

What we use it for

To set up your organisation's membership site, to contact you about it, and to measure whether our ads work. We don't sell it and we don't use your members' details to contact them.

Who processes it

The setup questions and the spreadsheet mapping are run by Anthropic's Claude service, which receives your answers, your column headings and a few sample values from each column. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. Page analytics go to PostHog and Google.

How long we keep it

• Your spreadsheet is stored encrypted and deleted 30 days after upload unless you go ahead with PaidUp.
• If you leave your email, we keep the conversation with your contact details so we can follow up, until you ask us to remove it. Otherwise it is deleted after 30 days. We always keep the membership rules and the row counts from the preview, which hold no member details.
• Your contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
• A nightly backup, without spreadsheets, is kept for 30 days in Australia (AWS Sydney). A removal request reaches the backups within 30 days.
